InterContinental Budapest is an unrated business hotel with the largest, most flexible meeting space in the city. We specialise in international and regional meetings, specifically product launches, investigator meetings, advisory boards, HCP training meetings and internal events where a code appropriate is required.

Our self-contained, conference centre style space allows for plenaries, breakouts, exhibits, refreshments and business lunches to be held in this secure space. We have innovative blackout solutions in our ballroom (divisible in 3 sections) which has a large ceiling and the capacity to seat 350 people in cabaret or other styles comfortably, supported further by 11 rooms for breakouts or smaller, more intimate meetings.

Fast, free Wi-Fi ensures that connectivity to the net can be made quickly and efficiently if you are incorporating web meetings or using hand held devices to deliver your meeting messages.

We are offering the venue for the dinner and the party free of charge.


Decoration

We are offering the dance floor, candles, votive, pearls, mirror centrepieces, table numbers, seating and menu cards, and white chair covers together with bows (in three colours: white, yellow, and bourdon) free of charge.


Accommodation

For the wedding night, we provide newlyweds with an elegant suite facing the Danube, with champagne, chocolate, and strawberries. The following morning’s breakfast is delivered to the suite by our Room Service. For the rest of the day, the SPA InterContinental will pamper the couple.
We offer discounted room prices for your wedding guests.

Food & Beverages

Upon request, we can organise a menu tasting for two people free of charge before the wedding. On the first wedding anniversary, we also invite the couple for a candlelit dinner.


Parking

We are offering two parking lots free of charge on the wedding day.
